Hello guys,
One of my customers is considering using TPS65251 as a FPGA power supply of their new products.
They are looking for a calculator for peripheral parts selection like Webench or Excel base file?
Do you have any calculator?
Your reply would be much appreciated.
Best regards,
Kazuya.
Hi Chris, Ruby,
Thank you very much for your supports and the excel sheet.
Could I ask you the following questions?
Q1. I can see 3 tables named buck1,buck2 and buck3 in the excel file. What is different between these tables?
Q2. Which parameters need to be input by customer for the device peripheral parts calculation? Are those the values in yellowed section?
Q3. What is "F_sw to crossover factor"? Is this parameter needed to modify by customers?
Could you please give me your reply?
Thank you again and best regards,
Kazuya
Hi Kazuya,
Q1: The calculation formula for the three Bucks is the same. The difference is the output voltage, current and F_sw to crossover factor.
Q2: Yes, add the F_sw to crossover factor.
Q3:The F_sw to crossover factor is the t cross over frequency factor. The suggest range of F_sw to crossover factor is 0.05 to 0.4.
Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for your reply.
It is very helpful for the customer and me.
Thank you again and best regards,
Kazuya.
