LM60430-Q1: Design evaluation needed and Power Designer fails.

I have had one TI Power Designer design fail conducted emissions and attached is a second new design that uses the same parts as the evaluation board.

I need some assurance that this new design will pass conducted emissions testing to CISPR class 5.

Hello

The best way to provide confidence that the design will pass your EMI test is to follow

the EVM schematic and layout as closely as possible.

The user guide for the EVM contains a tested schematic and PCB layout and conducted EMI results

Yes, I will certainly use the same part values as in the EVM design, although the layout for this board is no where close to what would be used in a production design, as there was way too much real estate and copper used. For a new part that is advertised as low noise, every trick was used in the EVM layout. My biggest complaint is that these part values will not work in the WebBench simulator - it always bumps the 22uF bulk capacitor up to 82uF, among other problems.
