Would you please review table and provide feedback? Customer also request Thermal model PDML. Please advise.

Hi SHH,

Yes those are the thermals for the DDC package, generally the design is made using the theta JA value as that is the easiest to measure for most customers. I will link below a comprehensive analysis of thermal designs for LDO's.

As for the thermal model, TI does note give out those models publicly as they fall under our exclusive IP.
