Hi team,
My customer is considering to use UC2825A-EP for the bus converter application for EOL alternative of UCC28230.
It will be full bridge converter configuration, and Vin = 380V typ, Vout = 270V typ, and Pout=700Wmax.
Could you please help to address the questions below?
- They will use it with open-loop (w/o feedback) and max duty cycle=45%. Is it OK?
- Could you provide the thermal data related to duty cycle if available?
- Could you please provide the application schematic for the full bridge topology?
- Any other recommended full bridge PWM controller which should work under -55C temperature?
