Hello User,

The G4 in DRG4 refers to 'Green' level 4: i.e. RoHS compliant, Antimony free, Bromine free (qualification).

The D stands for SOIC/D (package type)

The R is for Tape & Reel.

ULQ2003ADR is RoHS compliant too, so ULQ2003ADR includes Antimony or Bromine?

i checked the Material content of ULQ2003ADR , and i didn't find Antimony or Bromine.

Hello User,

The linked document below will explain it in more detail; however, It refers to using a NiPdAu finish on the component using a "green" mold compound that is without Sb/Br.
