Hi Pravin,
Do you mean you want to use only LLC topology with a DC input voltage. If yes, it should work.
Also, I would recommend using UCC256404 which is our new generation LLC controller instead of UCC256301. UCC256404 will have a different BLK start threshold than UCC256301 but contains many of the same features as UCC256301 such as HV startup, X cap discharge, etc.

Thanks for the information.
I am using TIDA-010015. It mentions AC inputs only and UCC256301 have feature of xcapacitor discharge, which expects AC input (zero crossing wave form). Thats why I was doubting that this design will work with DC input.

Hi Pravin,
Since you are using only LLC converter, you can use either UCC256402 or UCC256403 depending on whether you want to have HV startup or not.
As you can see in the above screen shot, x-cap discharge is disabled in both these ICs.
