Seeing differences in lead frame and no. of bonding wires between COO Thailand and China. Please advise if this is normal.

parts are bought from authorised distributor.

Hi Calvin,

Different assembly sites can use different lead frames. If your COO is from 2 different countries, there can be a variance in lead frame.

Can i confirm that both lead frames variants of the IC can be used the same ? Any PCN to support?

The devices are the same and both are valid. No issue here.
