TPS2596: Switch ON/OFF eFuse with 0V/3.3V from MCU

Hi,
I want to turn ON/OFF the TPS259621 eFuse from an MCU using the MCU's digital output pin. When the MCU digital output pin is 0V I want the eFuse to be off (not supply any current to the target device), and when the MCU digital output is 3.3V I want the eFuse to be on (supply current to the target device). The recommended maximum output current from the MCU's digital output pin is 4 mA.

In the data sheet of the eFuse I read the following in the Recommended Operating Conditions chapter which is relevant regarding this:
- VEN/UVLO     |    Parameter: Enable Pin Voltage Range    |    Pin: EN/UVLO    |     Max: 6(2) V
- "(2) For supply voltages below 6V, it is okay to pull up the EN pin to IN through a resistor of 100 Kor higher. For supply voltages greater
than 6V, it is recommended to use an appropriate resistor divider between IN, EN and GND to ensure the voltage at the EN pin is within
the specified limits."

Based on this and Figure 31 and 32 in the data sheet I think it should work fine with 3.3V. I would place a 100kOhm resistor between the MCU's digital output pin and the EN/UVLO pin (as suggested) to make sure the MCU digital output pin 4mA current draw limit is not exceeded. I guess I should also put a 100kOhm or so pull-down resistor from the MCU's digital output pin to ground to avoid a floating pin.

In case it matters: I am planning to use a VIN of around 12-13.8 VDC on the eFuse.

Questions:
1) Could you confirm if this approach will work fine? Or if not what should be changed?
2) Is my understanding correct that if the eFuse got triggered, I can reset it by turning it OFF and then ON again this way?
3) Out of curiosity: Up to what voltage on this enable pin is the eFuse in OFF state and above which voltage is the eFuse in the ON state?
