Hi,

thanks for the response Yitzhak Bolurian.

Just wanted to understand the thermal data graph mention for the first three power module. As we require these thermal value for our thermal testing, from the graph it will be difficult to interpret the exact value that we can use in our thermal testing.

Hi Hemant,

These modules are in the market for many years and unfortunately this is the only available form of data for these older modules.

Hope you can extract the required data from these graphs.

If you have more questions regarding a specific module, please ask your question/s about that specific module in a new post.

As each one of these modules may be owned by a different expert that should handle your specific question separately.
