My customer have an issue of inrush current at VGH ramp up timing.
Vin = 3.3V
Vboot= 10V
VGH =21V~23V
They are using Two-Stage Positive Charge Pump. (from SW node)
At VGH ramping up, the current of 3.3V rail is around 3Amp_peak. Then, the previous stage power supply is down by current limit.
If they reduce VGH output cap, the input current was down to 1.8Amp_peak.
Do you have any idea for the controlling slew rate of VGH?
And, do you have any other for reducing inrush current? (other than reduce output cap)
