We are planning to perform PSRR testing for TPS79733 LDO.
We need block diagram of test setup and list of test equipments with details technical specifications.
Signal generator/Oscilloscope.
1) Minimum Bandwidth.
2) Minimum Sampling rate.
3)Probe type and specifications.
4) X-axis and Y-axis scaling requirement for oscilloscope.
5) Minimum rise time requirement of oscilloscope.
6) Maximum Cable attenuation and cable type.
And also we want to know the pricing and stock availability of TPD78101EVM.
Kindly do the needful ASAP.
