BQ50002: Bq50002 Connection problems/ LEDs Fault

I made the circuit for wireless charging according to the data sheet of the integrated bq50002.

I tried to charge a phone, it worked for a minute. Then when I tried again, it didn't work.
I have changed the values for the status LEDs, and I always get to "FAULT" situation

What could I check or where could the problem be? Thanks.

Hello

This could be FOD detection, it will take a little time to set fault. Try increasing FOD Threshold, see data sheet section 7.3.4 of BQ500511A. Typical value at pin 35 is 1V for 400mW, as a test increase to 2V for 800mW.

Also send schematic of design for review.

I modified it but it's still not functional.

I tried to charge the phone, it made the connection and it charges. I tried again and it didn't work.
