    Hi Gabriel,

    Can you confirm the following,

    1. Which device failed ? The LM5050-1 or the FETs or both ?
    2. What is the condition at which the IC failed ? Is it at first startup or any particular test condition ?
    3. Do you have any waveforms captured at the failure instant ?
