TPS56637: Temperature cycle test

Hello team,

Do you have data of temperature cycle test with TPS56637?

Condition what customer is interested in is below.

VIN=24V, VOUT=5V, IOUT=3.28A
Ta cycle between 0C and 70C(10 times cycle with 30min for each temperature condition)

My customer would like to confirm if TI has some data to say that TPS56637 would not get damaged with above condition or more severe condition.

Do you have such reference data for the temperature cycle test?

Is it a result of test done during device is powered on? Can I know the Vin, Vout, Iout condition for the 500 cycle?

Hi Taketo-san,

I checked with our PE team, this TC test is a package related reliability test, no power on any pin.

I'm checking whether we have powered-on TC test data, will provide you once I got an answer.

Hi Taketo-san,

I checked internally, sorry we don't have the data.

The device passed full validation tests including high-temp (85C), room-temp (25C) and low-temp (-40C) operation. I don't expect any issue for 0C/70C temp cycle test.
