TPS65101: VGH and VCOM no output

Hi,

My customer meet an issue about VGH and VCOM no output,

Would you please help check below schematic have anything wrong.

AVDD: 9.89 ~ 10.5V

VGH: 19.4 ~ 20.6V

VGL: -10.3 ~ -9.7V

VCOM:4~4.6V

    Hello Jeff,

    Please note that -10V will not be achievable with the AVDD at 10V so the customer should reduce the setting for -10V to more like -8V or increase the AVDD to around 12V. With this VGL rail not in regulation, the device does shutdown if TPS65140/145 is used. The schematics shows device being used is TPS65141 but please confirm this with customer.

    Also, datasheet recommends that R39 should be in the 40K to 120K range so please request customer to change this value. Per equation 7 in the datasheet, C16 should ~42pF so please request customer use a value closest to this value.

    Hi Liaqat,

    Got it, I will ask customer to modify design and check again.

    And it should be use TPS65101, maybe it co-layout with TPS65141.
