We are using UC2827 - 1 (Current fed ) in our application. A cascaded Buck with Push Pull converter of 100w. The Sch below is just for understanding the topology 
The Converter was functioning Ok with a 250mOhm at rectifier of 5V 20A with 85% buck duty
The wave form of Vgs was normal.

Pink - Vgs of the Push section
Yellow - Buck Current
Our requirement was to included a CMC which was included as shown below in-between, which lead to load increase with DCR of 375mOhm.
The Push and Pull Vgs jitters with variation in the frequency of both Push and Pull as shown in the following waveforms.

The frequency of the Push and pull shifts abnormally.
What is the reason for such abnormality of Push -Pull with respect to change in load ?
Expecting at the earliest.
