Hi Sir,

BQ78350 datasheet shows , VCC relative to VSS maximum ratings is 2.75V

I connect BQ78350 VCC by BQ76940 regout (3.3V),

does this regout 3.3V will damage the BQ78350 ?

Hello User,

You are correct, the 3.3-V REGOUT would damage the BQ78350.

You would need the BQ76940 device with a REGOUT that outputs 2.5-V if you want to use it to power the BQ78350.
