TPS62740: Can we change the Inductor of V(out)?

Part Number: TPS62740
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR6047

Dear TI team,

we are using TPS62740 for our MSP430FR6047. we have done some simulation  on webench power design on TI's website. We want to have good efficiency and better duty cycle for our system. As per datasheet we were using max values for inductor(3.3uH)  and output capacitor(22uF). but we changed the inductor value from3.3uH to 22uH where it gives more better results so we want suggestion from TI team regarding this. can we use higher inductor value . Will it affect our device and power source. because our device is  Battery Operated device.

V(in)=3.6V,I (out) =100mA, V(out)=2.5V.
