We are using TPS62097 on several of our boards.

Does this device have any problems if it is started with voltage present on the output?

This is the case when output capacitors are not completely discharged and enable signal is applied to the input.

Hello Ciro,

The TPS62097 has output discharge feature which discharges the any pre-biased output. It should be fine.
