hi, can you tell me how the ESD cell are connected to each input pins (LATCH, EN, NC, SEL1, DIA_EN) ? this information is needed to protect the pins from supply sequencing.

Hi Ito-san,

The ESD cells are connected from input pins to ground. What's the concern regarding the supply sequencing? We do have pin FMA document here: https://www.ti.com/lit/fs/sffs045/sffs045.pdf if pins short to supply is a concern.
