Hello,

The part TPS51200A-Q1 is not available for procurement.

Could you pls suggest an alternate part. we have used in our proto design..but now we are going for production..but since TPS51200A-Q1 is not available we were planning to use LP2998-Q1. if this part is ont suitable. kindly advice the replacement part for TPS51200A-Q1 that is available online like digikey/ mouser.

Hi Kadeem,

The requirement is as per Jedec Spec for DDR VTT.

We are waiting for your confirmation for the replacement chip for the TPS51200A-Q1.

Pls let us know suitable part that is available in Digikey/mouser for procurement. this is required for production of our 4G/5G enodeB systems.
