UCD90910: Fusion Digital Power Designer GUI cannot find board after RAM stored to flash

I have programmed several of the same board that uses UCD90910 with the same fan profile and successfully stored RAM to flash for all of them.  Boards are then installed into our systems, and fan speeds are checked using the GUI.  After installing one programmed board, the Fusion Digital Power Designer GUI does not register that the board is plugged in and will not open the GUI.  It does see other other boards and loads the GUI with no issues.  Is there a way to get the GUI to see this particular board?
