I'm testing this circuit right now and when I remove the Li-Ion power source I notice this chip enters some kind of sleep mode. I've checked the rest of the board and the fuse is still good (as are the MOSFETs). Any advice? I'm following the block diagram on the datasheet but am not having much luck.
