The TPS544B20 data sheet provides current sense accuracy for load currents between 3A and 20A. What happens to the accuracy below 3A?
Customer is seeing wide variation from unit-to-unit with load around 1.5A with readings from 0 to 3A. This is within the +/- 3A spec listed for loads above 3A, but I would expect the current sense amplifier gain error to be small at low currents. Could the offset error be this high, or do other error sources come into play below 3A?
