Dear All

1. Do TPS53321(5A), TPS53310(3A), TPS53311(3A), VDD 12 PIN and VIN 13 PIN need power sequence?

2. TPS53321(5A), TPS53310(3A), TPS53311(3A)
, SYNC 2 PIN, not connected, is fSW 0.99/1.1/1.21 MHZ?

    Hello Aaron,

    1. According to datasheet VDD and VIN Pin are independent and do not need a specific power sequence. 

    2. If SYNC is not connected or left floating, the converter continues to operate using its own internal clock. If PS is left floating, the converter will operate in FCCM.

    FCCM 

    You may also want to have a look at the newer, smaller and easier to implement TPS62867.
