Pin no 2 in input (11.4V -36V), and pin 6 is output with respect to com pin 4. Please go through INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS section on Page #6 in data sheet. Let me know if you need further clarification.

How about pin 3 & 8?

Hi Lakshmi

Please do not connect pin 3 on your board.

You can put 1uF capacitor on pin 8 to reduce the reference noise. Please refer to optional noise reduction section on page 7in data sheet.
