As per datasheet TPS65295, Vddq(1.2V) is giving 8A, Vpp is giving 1A and Vtt is giving 1A of current. So, the current values are for single dimm.
Can I use this for DDR4 with 3 DIMM ?
Can you suggest any power supply for 3 DDR4 DIMM, say 128Gb 2933MHz ??
As mentioned in the datasheet attached below, Page no 16, Ivtt is mentioned 750mA. And current for Ivtt in TPS65295 is given 1A, so is it given for single DIMM ?

You may need to check with Micron. Typically our TPS65295 supports up to 32Gb.
