Please let me confirm my understanding of (16) & (17). Is the my understanding as below correct?
The output capacitance calculated by (16) is the min value for the good transient response.
The output capacitance calculated by (17) is the min value for the allowable output voltage ripple and inductor ripple current.
And could you tell why 1/8 is needed in (17)?
