Actually there is only an unencrypted model for the TPS3702CX33 available. Could you provide information how to modify for different voltage model or provide the model itself. We need the model for TPS3702CX12. Thanks!

Sorry we do not have a detailed instructions but you should be able to find "Vth" in the library file and update for the new device. Hope that helps.

In the meantime, we also did the same. This model is fairly old and unfortunately all parameters are hard coded. It is not very easy to make the changes for the 1.2V device.

So here is another option. We have another product family, TPS3700, which can be configured for different thresholds using external resistors. The output stage are same as TPS3702. So for the purpose of this simulation, we recommend using the TPS3700 model. We also provide a calculator tool that you can use to calculate the value of external resistors. Please take a look and let us know if that would work.
