LM61460-Q1: Thermal characteristics of LM61460AAS-Q1 PSpice Average Model

Hi,

Can anyone please help me to check and confirm that Thermal characteristics of the part LM61460AAS-Q1 average model have been modeled or not. I tried to simulate loop stability at temperatures -40C, 22C and 75C, but simulation showing error.

So what's the simulation error at high or low temp? what's your simulation circuit?

When I try to run temperature sweep at 75C, the simulation shows below error.

Hi,

The simulation model is only accounted for at room/ TNOM = 27C.

I would suggest to actually derate your output capacitances based on the expected temperature that you want to simulate in and rerun sim files.
