ok, seems you set your device work in FPWM mode. Pin PS is pulled high and power save mode disabled. that is why you got a high consuption without load.

Thanks, I will check the same by doing changes on 1 PCB.

My application having 200mA maximum load on 3.3V converter and in application's sleep mode it will take around 300uA. But as per datasheets converter will shutdown for low load (for 300uA)?

you are welcome.  seems the shuntdown current should be much lower, it is should be smaller than 2.5uA. so, what do you mean about shuntdown? power source on but EN pulled down?

Hi Tao,

We are not shutdown the convert. Shutdown current means my application's(microcontroller) shutdown mode.

3V3 convert will remail always ON in aour application.

for the device self, it should be smaller than 100uA, you can take the picture bellow as ref.

for the compnents external. please check the DS of them.

here is a waveform of TPS63030's PSM. purple one is the ac output voltage and green one is current of inductor.

the behivor is almost same with TPS63011. switching for a short time then run into standby.
