Overvoltage and Overcurrent protection IC for Vin > 10V

Hi,

I discussed in a previous email with one of your colleagues about a certain component that I thought it could fit my application, BQ24314C The problem is it only supports Vin = 5V.

My application needs to accept Vin =12V and a current of minimum 100mA and I need exactly what this part does; and overvoltage and overcurrent protection for the load.

The person that answer my questions recommended me to ask directly to the team to find out if there is any existing product that could fulfill these needs.

Select the VIN (min max), VOUT (min max) requirements, and the output current needed. You can filter any other spec as your application fits

On the feature drop down, you can select the over current protection and current limit needs. Please note, most DC/DC buck do not have the Over voltage protection but it offers the Power Good pin that can be used as OV indication.
