TPS1HB50-Q1: R_ILIM configuration

Hello Team, customer has following question:

1) R_ILIM resistor will be a 0603 package. Which power specification is recommended/expected for this resistor?

2) R_ILIM calculation based on datasheet:

For calculation following formulas according datasheet is used:

In this calculation a value of 40 is used for K_CL. Is there a reason why? Is this a worst case assumption?
We would expect according specification sheet a value of 50 or 90 for K_CL.

    Hi Josef,

    1. We recommend the use of high accuracy resistors. The power rating is not needed to be very high. We use 0.125W resistors on our EVM.

    2. This mismatch is a typo in the applications section. Please use the KCL numbers that are listed in the electrical characteristics section in the datasheet.
