TPS61027: Output capacitor - hybrid electrolytic as alternative to tantalum

Hello Team,

is it possible to use hybrid electrolytic capacitor as output capacitor for TPS61027?

For example: EEH-ZK Series | Panasonic Industrial Devices

Hi Josef,

It is recommended to keep your bulk capacitor's capacitance between 47uF to 100uF, and ESR around 30mOhm. It looks like the capacitor youve chosen is too large (470uF) and ESR is non-known.

In addition, a 2.2uF ceramic capacitor must be placed on VOUT too.

Hello Wenhao, understand and this means for example this capacitor would fulfill the requirements?

This one has 100uF and ESR max. 35mOhm. Could this replace our tantalum capacitor recommendation?
