TPS7A11: Discharge Current enabled 'P'

Part Number: TPS7A11
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS74701

Hi Team,

I have received the TPS7A1110PDRVT part. The P denotes that the active discharge circuit is enabled. Looking at the ordering info of the TPS7A11 parts, it seems that it is only possible to get the P-version? Can you please check if the version without the P will be “special” (not the volume part) and also check if it will be available at all?

Regards,

RJ

  • Hey RJ,

Unfortunately, there is not a non-P version of the TPS7A11. One part similar part is the TPS74701DRCT (adjustable) it also has the same NMOS typology and a bias rail as well with the capabilities to go down to 0.8V. There are none current available, but it looks like more units the week of April 24, 2022 according on the TI store.

    Hope this helps!
