TPS659037: PMIC SPIKE ISSUE on Switching node of TPS659037 due to which PMIC getting failed

We found Spike upto 13V on the Switch nodes of SMPSx_SW pins in TPS659037 IC.

Due to that spike, our PMIC chip is getting shorted between SMPSX_In and SMPS_SW.

    Hello,

    Can you please provide a scope plot of the voltage spikes that you mentioned? Can you also provide some images of the layout of your board around the SMPS inputs and outputs for the SMPS rails that this issue has been observed on?
