TPS60403-Q1: Operating temp and junction temp difference between non-Q1 and Q1 device

Part Number: TPS60403-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS60403

Hi team,

1) Non-Q1 and Q1 devices 7.5 Electrical Characteristics test condition especially for temperature range looks different each other. Why they have the same recommended TJ but different
2) Non-Q1 recommended operating junction temperature is -40C<TJ<125C but PACKAGING INFORMATION Op Temp says -40C<"Txxx"<85C, why? Which kind of temperature parameters "Txxx" does PACKAGING INFORMATION Op Temp mention?
3) Could we use Non-Q1 device with -40C<TA<125C? Datasheet ES test condition says TC = -40°C to 85°C but -40C<recommended operating TJ<125C. Is there any concern if we use non-Q1 device @-40C<TA<125C?

Lower shows datasheet specification

TPS60403-Q1: "7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions" says "-40C<Operating junction temperature<125C", "7.5 Electrical Characteristics" is within TJ = –40°C to 125°C, and "PACKAGING INFORMATION" says "Op temp" is -40C to 125C

TPS60403      : "7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions" says "-40C<Operating junction temperature<125C", "7.5 Electrical Characteristics" is within  TC = -40°C to 85°C, and "PACKAGING INFORMATION" says "Op temp" is -40C to 85C
