TPS65150: Some spec check

Hi,

I would like to know for below I(DLY1)/I(DLY2)R(FDLY) minimum and maximum condition is based on TA = –40°C or 85°C.

As I know in normal Silicon characteristic, 3uA/250kohm minimum spec should be in low temperature –40°C condition,

and 7uA/650kohm should be in low temperature 85°C condition, right?

    Hi Jeff,

    For resistance (R(FDLY), cold temp. should give lower resistance and hot temp. should give higher resistance. Please note that this resistance variation is specified over temperature and process. For drive current into delay capacitor, I could not find any data that shows how it varies with temperature but this specification in the datasheet is also over full -40C to 85C as well over process corners.
