TPS563219A: Output voltage drop

Hello,

My customer is using the TPS563219A as shown below.

They encountered that the output voltage drop to 2.1V on the board.

When checking the switching frequency of the inductor, 1.3MHz, which is about twice the normal 650KHz, was measured.

Please advise what could be causing this issue.

    Hi JH,

    The SCH looks good to me.

    Regarding the Fsw change , what's the condition for this change ? like in steady state or startup, load transient ?

    could you help capture some waveform with more pins included ? like VIN+SW+VOUT+ Inductor current ..
