Hi Hirata,
All buck converters can be modified for IBB (inverting-buck-boost) topology.
Depending on the VIN/VOUT and load current in the customer's IBB application, the device may or may not be suitable.
Please refer to the following app note (https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snva856a/snva856a.pdf).
The main limiting factor is the maximum input voltage rating and the maximum load current rating as IBB topology stresses the part more than buck topology.
