When I look at the schematic of TIDA-00465(https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00465), I have doubts about below circuits.

1. what's the function of this circuit?

2. why need to choose 22V Zener diode? Why 22V?

Yang,

These circuit is used to control the port LED. Since we don't want the LED to consume current during classification stage and max class voltage is 20.5V, we added 22V diode. Thanks.
