How is the customer connecting the USB-PD-CHG-EVM?

There is not a direct connection to this board the the GUI, they will have to use an EEPROM programmer and output the Full Flash binary from the GUI.  If you search on the USB-PD-CHG-EVM-01 in the E2E forum, there is an FAQ on how to program using the TotalPhase Aardvark

Kindly assist our customer once again as It is not resolved. Here is their response. 
Aardvark is connected on J7. So it is the same... I don't understand for EEProm programmer. I've not . Normaly, the eva kit plus USB2ANY is normaly stand alone.

I still can't log in.

In accordance with your advertisement, we have purchased the USB-PD-CHG-EVM-01 kit, plus the USB2ANY module, the software for which is available in Texas. (See my previous sent docs where the Kit's Texas ad is.)

In accordance with what is requested on the Texas site, I loaded the program ''TPS25750 Application Customization Tool 7.0.2'' which, obviously, is not compatible. It does not correspond to the USB-PD-CHG-EVM-01 card but to another demoboard!

Can you try our configuration on your side, in order to see and then tell me why the program '' does not generate the virtual com port it needs!

By not generating this virtual Com port, it is impossible for the system to establish the connection.

So I'm stuck.

Thank you in advance for trying to solve the problem with the USB2ANY KIT at my disposal. The fastest it is in my opinion that you try the configuration in order to understand the problem

PS: I tried following your advice to connect the USB2ANY on the I2Cmaster of the AardVark connector. But it doesn't work any better, and it doesn't solve the problem of Virtual COM port not being generated.

A virtual port com has been affected : In this case COM3...

It Is connected 

Why with my USB2ANY it is always disconnected?

The TPS25750 GUI direct write does not work with the Aardvark, it is designed to only work directly with the TPS25750EVM..  You will need to save off a full flash binary using the GUI and then use the Flash Center application from totalphase to download it to the  USB-PD-CHG-EVM

Thanks for your answer, I've progressed, and I think I understand. But the problem is not solved yet.

I have just concluded that the USB-PD-CHG-EVM-01 board will never be able to work as is with the USB2ANY interface module we purchased. Mainly because the GUI software has not been modified accordingly.
If you confirm that it is necessary, Monday morning, we will buy the AardVak module which will allow the binary program to be loaded into the EEPROM.
To save time, do you think I can use the Total Phase program withe USB2ANY, by modifying the wiring of the 10-point cable and injecting GND, S-CK and S-Data on the I2CAardvark bus?
I am waiting for your answer
