Can anyone confirm if the BQ2022A is truly a drop-in replacement for the Maxim DS2502+?
We are upgrading over 10k buses and each of these uses a Maxim DS2502+ but they are hard to obtain. Researching on the web suggests that they are “drop in replacements” but are they software compatible as well? i.e. can we replace a Maxim DS2502+ in an existing system with software that already exists/cannot be changed .. and it will work?
