LM25118: Overshoot at the frequency buck switching

Part Number: LM25118

Hi everybody,

We use a LM25118 in buck-boost mode with a Vin 9.6V-22V and an output of 12V, 2.3A.

The initial design show an overshoot at the converter frequency. This overshoot is see on buck boost mode.

We add snubber on diodes and mosfet. Then we check the value of R408, C434, C437 and change the value.

At this point we can reduce the ripple time but we didn't change the output and we have an overshoot at 294kHz again.

Could you provide us some details how to reduce this overshoot?

Sincerely
