TPS61080: Is the internal resistor on the FSW pin pullup or pulldown?

Hello,

The datasheet for the TPS61080 provides some conflicting information on whether the FSW pin has a pulldown or pullup resistor. Table 8-5 on Page 5 describes an internal pulldown resistor, but the text at the top of page 12 states it's an internal pullup resistor.  Can someone please clarify which is it?
