In the equation (24) in the below apps note, there is Rcs but not explanation on this.

We believe this is typo and correct statement is Rs.

Is this correct understanding?

Thanks for reaching out. The app note you linked is the one related to the Flyback, for clarity here the link to the boost app note https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snva824/snva824.pdf . You are right, there is a typo and it should be Rs (current sense resistor) in equation 24. Please let me know if you need further help & have a great day.
