Does the TPS7H4003-SEP have a max duty cycle/min off-time limit? 

For example, can it support Vin = 5.5V, and Vout = 5V?

    Hi Mark,

    There is no min off time spec so in theory 100% duty cycle is possible.  However, the RDSon resistance of the power FET makes this unrealizable.  For instance at PVIN=7V the max VOUT possible is approximately 6.65V at 18A.  The difference is the IR drop across this resistance (18A*19mohms=0.35V).
