Hello James,

Apologies, I got the part number mixed up. It should be the CSD18514Q5A which passes 1250V HBM and 2000V CDM. I guess I need more coffee!

Please see link below for QFN and SON PCB Attachment guidelines. On page 13 it recommends a starting placement force of 1.5N. Please let me know if you have any questions.
