Power device that have remote sense

Hi team,

My customer is looking for a device that have very accurate output voltage.
So devices that have remote sensing is good choice but TI.com can't sort by remote sensing.

Could you list up devices that support remote sense?

Below is the requirement.

  • Vin: 3.9V-9.5V
  • Vout=0.75V (+/- 4% at least including load transient)
  • Iout: 2.5A (5A if possible)
  • PFM

    TPS62134 is one of the devices to output accurate voltage but there is no related word on features because this device is not differential remote sense.
    I'd like to know single remote sense devices as well as differential.

  • I do not understand your statement on the remote sense, All the devices operate in closed loop and sense the output to regulate the voltage.  

    Typically customers that mention remote sense mean differential remote sense which is used to minimize the voltage drop across the board and regulate the voltage across the load for higher current applications 

    If  voltage accuracy is the key spec, the voltage reference accuracy or output voltage accuracy is the spec that needs examined in the datasheet.  

    But the parameter search is lacking the voltage reference accuracy or output voltage accuracy as a filtered parameter. 

    I recommend using the parameter search to narrow the candidate devices based on voltage  and output current, review the front page or the ec table of datasheet for the voltage reference accuracy.   When I do this I get about 12 devices. 

    TPS543620 has +/- 1% reference, but only FCCM operation.   TPS565242 has skip mode but the reference is +/-1.5%. 

    I think the TPS54J061 is a candidate device.   The voltage reference accuracy is +/-1% and has skip mode 

    For devices with a feedback divider like tps54j061, Use the power stage designer tool link to calculate the output voltage accuracy using TOOLS > Output Voltage Scaling > Output Voltage Resistor Divider calculator.
