UCD3138CC64EVM-030: No devices found in UCDxxx Device GUI

Hello, 

I was following the instructions for downloading LAB1 from the UCD3138 Training Labs, and after using the firmware download tool to download the .x0 file, it says the downloaded is completed without error.

However, it sends ROM to execute the flash command, but doesn't find a PMBus device that responds to a DEVICE_ID request. 

I realized later this is because it is building the project without a SECTIONS for all the different files, resulting in about 23 warnings. Lab2 works fine when I ground Fault3, but Lab1 doesn't build.

Any thoughts?
